  Mercury Transit    - November 8th, 2006 -   Not again until 2016 

S.E. Georgia - Totally covered by Clouds.  Looking for a slight and momentary break in the cloud cover... I was already sitting with camera mounted, eating lunch, looking through the view-finder just in case an opportunity occurred.  Shutter switch in hand... it happened - so, I quickly snapped off 223 photos. - Note the nice sunspot also captured in the photo.
